Introduction

The code in this presentation comes from an example Redux app. To build the same project on your own machine, start from the official Redux + Vite template:

The Redux Loop

The Counter view dispatches the action counter/incrementByAmount with payload 2; the store runs reducer(state, action), which returns a new state object with counter value 2 while the old object is left as it was; useAppSelector re-renders the view, which now shows 2

Data goes one way: the view never changes state, it only dispatches.
